Own complex transactional and triggered email builds, campaign QA, SQL-based audience segmentation, API trigger documentation, AppsFlyer testing changes, and deep-linking across app and email channels. The role supports peak campaigns, documents technical processes, improves scalable QA, and contributes to AI-assisted CRM automation while collaborating across Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

Evaluates customer support interactions, leads calibration sessions, audits AI-powered QA outputs, and turns quality insights into coaching and process improvements. The role also maintains knowledge-base articles, training materials, and macros, delivers refresher training, supports onboarding, and handles a limited number of customer tickets through Zendesk. Fluency in Dutch or German and professional English proficiency are required.

Own trading for Germany and Austria, managing stock availability, forecasting, pricing, product range, onsite merchandising, A/B testing, and peak-season planning. Use customer data, market context, and AI tools to optimize sales, margin, conversion, and waste. Collaborate closely with operations, planning, range, product design, BI, and international trading teams.
