Sell new and used luxury vehicles through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and relationship-building. Develop product knowledge, overcome objections, generate referrals, and report to the Sales Manager. Work flexible hours including weekends, attend paid training, and strive to meet sales and customer service objectives within a commission-based pay plan.

Manage dealership finance and insurance operations: originate and approve loans, present and sell F&I products, structure deals for profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, prepare and fund contracts, audit post-sales, and coach the F&I team to maintain certifications and high customer satisfaction.
