Teams at Bloomberg Industry Group

Lead architecture and technical direction for customer-facing web applications across multiple teams and products. Design, develop, and deliver scalable, highly available services and infrastructure while establishing engineering best practices. Guide architectural decisions, technology roadmaps, cross-team initiatives, and DevSecOps delivery. Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver complex solutions and improve the stability, performance, scalability, and long-term cost efficiency of business-critical systems.

Provides end-to-end customer support for Bloomberg Industry Group products, including issue intake, troubleshooting, resolution, documentation, escalation, and customer communication across phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings. Identifies software defects, collaborates with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales, maintains case records, contributes to knowledge documentation, and supports product launches and testing.

Manages assigned client accounts by increasing product adoption, user engagement, renewals, and expansion opportunities. Serves as the primary customer contact, develops account strategies, monitors account health, provides onboarding and product training, configures alerts and dashboards, and collaborates with relationship partners on growth initiatives. Requires strong account management, analytical, organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, along with territory travel.
