Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical providers, hospice clinicians, clinical office staff, and select business roles. Partner strategically with hiring leaders, develop proactive talent pipelines, deliver strong candidate experiences, represent the employment brand, and ensure recruiting operations, compliance, metrics, and processes support organizational growth and patient care needs.

Build and maintain reliable data pipelines, integrations, automations, Airflow workflows, and dbt models. Develop semantic-layer datasets, monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, document systems, and collaborate with business stakeholders. The role also involves applying AI, machine learning, and LLM-based tools to data engineering workflows, with potential Power BI and healthcare data work.
