Leads end-to-end integration of third-party hardware with controls platforms. Defines communication interfaces, architects external equipment interactions, aligns vendors, resolves system-level risks, and develops validation strategies and integration testing tools. Partners with controls, systems, and field teams to support reliable deployments while establishing scalable integration frameworks and best practices.

Validate controls software for functionality, reliability, and deployment readiness. Develop test plans, automated test frameworks, and test benches; simulate operating scenarios and edge cases; debug and track defects; support regression testing and release reviews; and analyze field issues to improve test coverage and validation strategies. The role collaborates with controls engineers across development, integration, factory acceptance testing, and field environments.

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, curated datasets, analytics solutions, and manufacturing automation tools. Support Ignition and Sepasoft MES systems, integrate manufacturing software, and develop solutions for metrology and image inspection data. Apply software engineering practices and independently lead complex cross-functional projects from requirements through deployment.
