Establishes and owns Bloom’s production support and incident response function. Responsibilities include implementing monitoring, supporting major incidents, coordinating responders and vendors, overseeing root cause analysis, tracking preventive actions, automating repetitive support tasks with Python or Bash, maintaining documentation, and measuring incident response effectiveness. The role also supports client-facing Operations teams with onboarding, offboarding, sandbox resets, and other technical support needs while partnering with product and engineering teams to reduce support overhead.

Execute multi-channel B2B marketing for a fintech SaaS: run ABM tactics, manage HubSpot, content and asset library, execute events/trade shows, support sales enablement, track marketing metrics and budgets.

Act as the technical lead in the sales process for fintech customers: qualify opportunities, demo products, run sandbox POCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, support vendor risk assessments, and produce integration/security collateral. Work with AEs, Legal, Security, and Engineering to ensure compliant integrations and hand off complex implementations to Customer Success.
