Blockworks Benefits Overview

Lead Blockworks’ sales organization and own revenue performance across sellers, BDRs, and customer success. The VP will manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, sales strategy, compensation plans, customer and deal engagement, enterprise procurement processes, seller coaching, and hiring. The role focuses on selling data, monitoring, and issuer products to exchanges, banks, brokerages, asset managers, and asset issuers, with responsibility for scaling ARR and building the next wave of the sales team.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, social platforms, messaging, and referrals. Make cold calls, qualify prospects, book accepted meetings for sellers, and provide detailed handoff context. Use Blockworks’ conference to generate opportunities, document successful processes, and help build a scalable outbound system for fintech, banking, exchange, enterprise, and crypto technology prospects.

Own a significant product area while managing three Product Managers. Develop product strategy, coach PMs, understand enterprise and institutional customers, improve product discovery and operating processes, and lead teams through frequent experimentation and iterative releases. The role requires building complex data and workflow products, collaborating with Design, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, and potentially launching and commercializing new crypto-focused products.
