Lead game design: develop concepts, characters, rules, stories and core gameplay mechanics; collaborate with programmers, artists, animators and sound engineers; pitch ideas, define design systems and workflows, plan schedules, perform quality control, monitor work and cash flows, and follow industry trends. Lead Unity development across the full game lifecycle: implement gameplay systems, optimize performance, fix bottlenecks, collaborate with design and senior devs, produce patches and updates, and ensure high-quality multi-platform releases.

Design and produce 3D virtual clothing using Marvelous Designer, create accurate patterns, run fit sessions, collaborate with product teams, present prototypes, prepare game-ready garments, and stay current with 3D fashion trends and tools.

Lead end-to-end digital fashion projects: plan, execute, manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Track risks, communicate status, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery while staying current on digital fashion trends.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js and Express. Build and integrate APIs with game engines, support web sockets, collaborate with game developers, write clean documented code, and stay current with gaming/backend technologies.

Develop and execute corporate communication, PR and media strategies; manage media relations, internal communications, PR events, competitor monitoring, and corporate identity implementation across channels. Coordinate press, speeches, supplier processes, and reporting to stakeholders.
