Support AML, CTF, sanctions, transaction monitoring, travel rule compliance, and blockchain investigations. Use Chainalysis to assess wallet activity, investigate alerts, identify crypto financial crime typologies, and develop monitoring controls. Partner with Product and Engineering to automate compliance workflows, translate requirements into technical specifications, improve case management, and apply AI tools to investigations. Provide guidance to compliance colleagues and help develop blockchain investigation practices.

Owns end-to-end consumer financial operations for fiat and cryptocurrency deposits, withdrawals, settlements, and reconciliation. Leads and scales operations teams, establishes controls and SLAs, manages incidents, supports product launches and geographic expansion, and partners with Compliance, Legal, Treasury, Product, and Engineering. Oversees AML, KYC, fraud, chargeback, liquidity, payment processor, and banking partner operations while using performance data to improve reliability, automation, and cost efficiency.
