The role requires hands-on leadership, stakeholder communication, operational improvement, weekend and multi-shift flexibility, regional travel with overnight stays, and physical work outdoors.

Supervise and support an Ambassador Team serving public spaces. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, resource deployment, problem solving, purchasing, inventory, reporting, timekeeping, budget tracking, quality assurance, coaching, and event leadership. The role is hands-on, customer-facing, outdoors, and requires flexible scheduling, team management, strong communication, computer proficiency, and the ability to work in varied weather conditions.

Supervise Ambassador Team operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, staff deployment, problem solving, supply purchasing, inventory, reporting, budgeting, quality assurance, and field coaching. The role requires outdoor work in all weather, schedule flexibility, event support, customer-facing leadership, and continuous improvement of public-space services.
