Lead and build the full manufacturing organization for gas turbine engines: develop processes, tooling, automation, quality systems (AS9100/NADCAP), supplier base, and ramp production from first article to high-rate output while mentoring engineers and technicians.

Design, analyze, build, and test gas-turbine components end-to-end. Create CAD and analysis models (CFD/FEA/system), produce manufacturing-ready drawings and GD&T, run hardware tests, instrument test articles, and iterate designs using test data.

Design and release rotating and static turbomachinery components from concept to manufacturable, flight-worthy hardware. Produce GD&T drawing packages, run structural FEA (static, thermal-structural, modal, fatigue), design for manufacturability across machining/casting/additive, and iterate through build and test cycles working directly with shop and suppliers.
