Process prescription intake, communicate with prescribers, patients, and insurers; assist with order fulfillment, shipping, and resolving open orders; document interactions; follow state and federal pharmacy regulations and collaborate with pharmacists and management.

Design and own end-to-end automation frameworks and roadmaps, build scalable test infrastructure for cloud-native and event-driven systems, implement functional/performance/security automation integrated into CI/CD, leverage AI-assisted tooling for intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, and autonomous QA workflows, and mentor SDETs to improve quality engineering practices.
