Processes pharmacy prior authorization requests by identifying insurer forms, coordinating with prescribers and medical offices, tracking request status, supporting appeals, and communicating updates to patients and providers. The role also answers internal questions and requires strong customer service, communication, analytical, technical, and organizational skills. This is a full-time onsite position in Chesterfield with rotating evening shifts.

Initiates and tracks pharmacy prior authorization requests, identifies insurer-specific forms, coordinates documentation with prescribers and medical offices, follows up on request status, supports appeals, communicates updates to patients and providers, and answers internal prior authorization questions.

Leads the design, scaling, and automation of global People Operations across the US and India. Assesses HR workflows, develops SOPs and process maps, defines Workday-centered infrastructure, writes BRDs, and partners with engineering on AI-enabled solutions. Owns optimization of Workday, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack, while managing cross-functional implementation roadmaps, testing, launches, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement.
