Provides HR partnership to retail leaders across four districts, supporting employee relations, investigations, performance management, talent planning, training, compliance, HR operations, and workforce initiatives. Coaches store and district leaders, analyzes HR metrics, supports policy execution, and collaborates with recruiting, HR, and Legal teams. Requires extensive multi-unit HR experience, strong employment law knowledge, and frequent travel to store locations.

Creates, updates, and maintains accurate product content across company and marketplace websites using a CMS. Researches product information, resolves content issues, supports product launches, and collaborates with merchandising, copywriting, imaging, and ecommerce teams. The role also contributes to website improvements and digital customer experience initiatives while managing deadlines through established workflows.
