Teams at Blessings of Hope

Greet and check in volunteers and partner ministries, answer/forward phones, assist with shift sign-ups, maintain a presentable reception area, cross-train for cashier coverage, and communicate effectively with team members.

Sort excess food into compost, farm feed, grinding prep, or waste. Monitor compost inventory, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, coordinate volunteer teams, maintain a clean efficient compost area, follow safety procedures, lift up to 50 lbs, and adapt to changing daily priorities.
