Technical lead for large capital process-engineering projects: design and integrate manufacturing systems and automation (PLCs/SCADA/MES), perform complex process modeling, lead RCA/FMEA and continuous improvement, author engineering deliverables, ensure compliance, and mentor junior engineers.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Blentech Innovation Center, support equipment setup and trials, collect test data and documentation, perform equipment maintenance and ingredient/equipment handling, collaborate cross-departmentally, and participate in continuous improvement and marketing event support to ensure safe, high-quality customer trials.
