Provides 1:1 executive support to a co-founding partner, managing complex schedules, meetings, travel, correspondence, board materials, stakeholder communications, and business and personal administrative tasks. The role requires proactive prioritization, discretion, exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle frequent changes while representing the business professionally to senior stakeholders and high-status guests.

Manage relationships with mid-size SaaS customers, driving renewals, adoption, retention, and expansion. Monitor account health, communicate ROI and performance insights to stakeholders, identify growth or risk signals, develop strategic account plans, and represent customer feedback internally. The role requires strong communication, organization, commercial awareness, and comfort interpreting marketing and ecommerce data.

Develop and maintain production data science models for attribution, marketing mix modelling, incrementality testing, and brand impact measurement. Lead projects end to end, select modelling approaches, debug unfamiliar codebases, apply AI tooling, collaborate with QA, communicate technical findings to clients, and mentor junior colleagues. The role requires strong Python, SQL, machine learning, production engineering, stakeholder communication, and independent ownership.
