Lead Data Scientist responsible for analyzing marketing and campaign data, measuring performance, defining KPIs, supporting A/B testing, and generating actionable business insights. The role uses Python, SQL, statistical analysis, and dashboards to evaluate campaigns and inform decisions. It involves working with large datasets, collaborating with marketing and business stakeholders, communicating findings, and owning analytical initiatives from problem definition through delivery.

Lead hands-on analysis of customer and business data within a Customer 360 sandbox. Identify patterns, signals, KPIs, and success metrics for AI initiatives; evaluate outcomes such as ROI, engagement, and customer lifetime value; and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Work independently with minimal oversight while collaborating with stakeholders and clearly communicating analytical conclusions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake, Python, and SQL. Build ingestion architectures, transform and normalize structured and semi-structured data, implement validation and monitoring processes, support ETL workflows, and ensure data quality and reliability. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions and contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement.
