Provide in-store support for credit card acquisition across South Jersey retail partner stores: engage customers, distribute materials, drive 6–7 applications daily, coach store associates, and rotate weekly among locations with varied schedules (including nights/weekends). Must travel by personal vehicle.

Lead discovery and prioritization of automation, integration, and platform improvements across business teams. Translate business needs into scoped technical requirements, partner with IT through design and delivery, drive platform adoption, and reduce manual work through scalable automation and process improvements.

Support design, programming, deployment, and analysis of quantitative market research. Build questionnaires, program surveys in Qualtrics, create cross-tabs and verbatim files, append data, maintain market intelligence repository, track projects, assist reporting and presentations, and help manage the client customer panel and VoC/VoE program integrations.
