The Forward Deployed Engineer will engage with customers to deploy the Blaxel platform, understanding requirements and providing technical solutions. Responsibilities include leading technical discovery, improving customer systems, and collaborating with the engineering team.

The Site Reliability Engineer will ensure the reliability and performance of AI infrastructure, build core systems, handle incident response, and develop automation tools.

Own end-to-end product design and implementation for the Blaxel Console: design polished UIs, translate designs into production front-end code, use AI to accelerate implementation, monitor user and agent behavior, iterate based on metrics, and build scalable design systems, component libraries, onboarding, docs, and marketing touchpoints.
