The role trains field personnel, maintains schedule data in enterprise systems, supports contract deliverables, and presents schedule updates to project teams and customers. Work is primarily performed at project sites.

Directs daily construction project-site operations under a Site Manager, overseeing cost control, quality, documentation, procurement, scheduling, quantity tracking, and client satisfaction. Supervises field engineering, quality, and administrative personnel while ensuring process compliance and coordination across multiple construction disciplines. Requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and supervisory skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI, and willingness to travel and relocate to jobsites on a 100% rotational basis.

Leads quality assurance and quality control for gas power generation construction projects. The role verifies quality program compliance, develops inspection and test instructions, mentors Site Quality Coordinators, coaches construction personnel, manages quality work plans, analyzes trends, supports continuous improvement, and collaborates with safety and project leadership. The position also participates in hiring and staffing quality personnel and requires up to 75% travel.
