The role verifies quality program compliance, develops inspection and test instructions, mentors Site Quality Coordinators, coaches construction personnel, manages quality work plans, analyzes trends, supports continuous improvement, and collaborates with safety and project leadership. The position also participates in hiring and staffing quality personnel and requires up to 75% travel.

Manages project cost controls, subcontractor and supplier contracts, purchase orders, invoices, payments, tax compliance, lien waivers, accruals, and monthly reconciliations. Reviews project costs against forecasts, supports SOX compliance, resolves payment issues, and coordinates between job sites, vendors, supply chain, accounts payable, and corporate teams. Trains lower-level employees and helps maintain accurate, timely financial processes.

Leads enterprise project controls for gas power generation construction projects. Oversees project controls teams, schedules, cost forecasts, risk analysis, change management, governance, and executive reporting. Establishes standards for baselines, earned value, forecasting, contingency, and risk management. Partners with estimating, engineering, finance, supply chain, operations, and PMO teams to improve project predictability, profitability, schedule adherence, and cash flow. Also manages personnel development, tools, data transformation, and cross-business-unit continuous improvement initiatives.
