Work is primarily performed at project sites.

Requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and supervisory skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI, and willingness to travel and relocate to jobsites on a 100% rotational basis.

The role verifies quality program compliance, develops inspection and test instructions, mentors Site Quality Coordinators, coaches construction personnel, manages quality work plans, analyzes trends, supports continuous improvement, and collaborates with safety and project leadership. The position also participates in hiring and staffing quality personnel and requires up to 75% travel.
