Supervise and develop a multidisciplinary clinical team in an OMH-licensed outpatient counseling center, ensuring clinical documentation quality, OMH/MHOTRS regulatory compliance, chart audits, high-risk case review, and management of clinical operations. Provide individual and group supervision, oversee social work interns, approve assessments and plans, support billing compliance, and may carry a small crisis caseload.
