Supports marketing campaigns from kickoff through execution, including product launches, brand partnerships, store openings, and in-store initiatives. Collaborates with creative and operations teams, contributes across retail, experiential, digital, social, and press channels, and helps maintain consistent brand experiences. The role also involves project coordination, trend awareness, storytelling, and bringing fresh ideas to a fast-moving marketing team.

Supports UK store operations through employee relations, HR advice, performance management, manager coaching, compliance, people projects, and talent development. Analyzes workforce trends such as attrition, absence, engagement, and employee-relations themes, while partnering with operational leaders to improve employee experience and inform People priorities. The role is based in person at the London office with occasional travel to other regions.

Supports barista and shift-lead training from onboarding through accreditation across Washington, DC and Philadelphia. Leads orientations, product trainings, assessments, store-opening training, and coffee education; tracks training progress, evaluates store quality, develops reporting and action plans, and partners cross-functionally with Operations. The role also promotes a learning culture, supports new initiatives, and helps develop future Training Coordinators while working extensively in stores and training labs.
