Trains and accredits baristas and shift leads across the Los Angeles market. Leads orientations, product and coffee education, assessments, store-opening training, and team events. Tracks training progress, maintains recipe and quality standards, develops reporting, coaches teams, and partners cross-functionally with Operations to improve performance and learning programs. Requires advanced barista skills, strong communication, presentation, organization, and flexibility for travel, weekends, and work outside operating hours.

Supports training initiatives across multiple stores by coordinating new-hire programs, leading orientations and in-store training, facilitating assessments, tracking completion and compliance, conducting product-quality evaluations, and creating actionable performance reports. The role also supports certifications and product launches, builds cross-functional relationships, and fosters an engaging learning culture. Frequent travel across New York, Washington, D.C., Boston, Philadelphia, and other markets is required, with flexibility for weekends and work outside store hours.
