Executive leader responsible for the Product Support division, including Parts, Service, Logistics, Field and Shop Service, and Product Support Sales. Owns P&L performance, strategic planning, operational excellence, customer experience, safety, talent development, OEM partnerships, and digital transformation. Leads profitability, service quality, inventory efficiency, technician productivity, customer retention, and proactive equipment-support initiatives across a complex, multi-location organization.

Processes and applies incoming accounts receivable payments from checks, credit cards, lockboxes, wires, and ACH transfers. Reconciles deposits, payment postings, unapplied cash, chargebacks, and customer accounts; researches discrepancies and unidentified payments; prepares account reconciliations; records journal entries; supports month-end close; and communicates with customers and internal finance teams regarding payment applications.

Inspects customer machine undercarriages, prepares repair recommendations and quotes, and supports sales growth for undercarriage services. The role conducts field inspections, creates detailed reports, schedules repairs, analyzes data using computerized tools, coordinates parts inventory forecasting, and collaborates with Product Support Sales Representatives. It requires statewide travel, outdoor work in varying conditions, adherence to safety standards, customer communication, and knowledge of heavy construction equipment maintenance.
