Supports federal financial systems using PeopleSoft FACTS, General Ledger, Asset Management, and USSGL expertise. Analyzes accounting transactions, entry events, posting logic, reconciliations, asset activity, and system issues. Builds custom queries, supports financial reporting and year-end close, investigates discrepancies and tie-point outages, and collaborates with accounting, financial management, and technical teams. Documents findings and recommendations to support audit readiness and accurate reporting.

Supports federal accounting, financial reporting, general ledger management, asset management, contract accounting, reconciliations, and audit readiness. The role analyzes FACTS PeopleSoft configuration and posting issues, prepares federal financial statements and Annual Financial Reports, manages PP&E and software assets, reconciles contract and financial systems, and investigates discrepancies. Candidates collaborate with government and contractor personnel and apply federal accounting standards, USSGL, OMB, and Treasury guidance. The position is fully onsite at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

Oversee federal financial accounting operations, reporting, reconciliations, financial close, audit readiness, and contractor team coordination. Manage deliverables, staffing, schedules, quality control, and government stakeholder coordination while ensuring compliance with USSGL, Oracle PeopleSoft Federal systems, OMB Circular A-136, Treasury Financial Manual requirements, and federal financial reporting standards.
