Builds AWS cloud-native services, scalable data platforms, Celonis process-mining solutions, and agentic AI workflows using Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI. Owns technical direction, engineering standards, security, testing, observability, deployment automation, and reusable product packaging. Supports A-123 continuous controls monitoring, agency implementations, demonstrations, and cloud environment deployments while collaborating with AWS and Celonis partners.

Supports federal clients with accounting, financial reporting, budgetary accounting, SBR reporting, GTAS submissions, reconciliations, journal entries, audit readiness, and internal control remediation. Analyzes financial data and Treasury information, resolves accounting issues, develops financial models and workpapers, and recommends process improvements. Independently manages workstreams, coordinates with clients and auditors, and provides technical guidance and quality control to junior staff.

Supports federal clients with accounting, financial management, reporting, reconciliations, financial data analysis, journal entries, audit readiness, and remediation activities. Reviews data for accuracy, researches discrepancies, prepares schedules and workpapers, documents findings, and collaborates with senior staff and clients. The role requires a foundation in accounting or finance, Excel proficiency, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
