Weigh and dispense raw and packaging materials per batch records, enforce FIFO/FEFO, monitor storage conditions, perform repacking, assist inventory counts, maintain documentation, validate scales, and ensure GMP, food safety, and proper storage handling.

Support importation operations by preparing import documentation, computing landed costs, coordinating payments and delivery with brokers/truckers, applying for permits/accreditations, maintaining import records, and ensuring compliance with customs laws and SAP transactions under supervisor guidance.

Inspect finished and in-process goods, perform sampling and spot/line checks, verify calibration, manage non-conformities and complaints, run SAP transactions, prepare documentation for audits, support microbial swabbing and laboratory analyses, and assist with supplier accreditations and halal compliance.

Lead marketing and product initiatives for food and animal health lines: develop marketing strategies, launch products, conduct market research and feasibility, create promotional materials, run campaigns and events, and represent the company at industry forums. Support new product development and perform related tasks assigned by management.

Ensure site-wide compliance by maintaining GMP documentation, supporting internal/external audits, supplier accreditation, document control, training compliance, deviation investigations, CAPA implementation, and adherence to cGMP/GDP, FDA, Halal, and FSSC standards.

Manage recruitment, compensation & benefits (including payroll coordination), employee relations, HR policy implementation, performance and reward management, HR analytics and reporting, employee file maintenance, compliance with labor laws, and support organizational change and engagement initiatives.

Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers in animal health and feed; meet monthly and annual sales targets; provide sales forecasts and reports; identify revenue opportunities; respond to client inquiries; conduct market research; represent the company at industry events; and collect payments per company terms.
