Teams at Blackstone

Support sourcing, due diligence, execution and portfolio monitoring for opportunistic investments across asset classes. Build complex financial and valuation models, prepare investment memorandums, conduct market and company research, interview management and industry experts, and assist transaction execution.

Provide legal support for fund formation and fundraising across Blackstone's institutional fund platform: advise on fund structure and regulatory issues; draft and negotiate LPAs, side letters, MFN elections, and subscription documents; coordinate with outside counsel, business teams, and investors; manage and drive fund closings; resolve subscription and documentation issues.

Provide high-level administrative support to two Senior Managing Directors: manage complex calendars, gatekeep communications, coordinate meetings and events, arrange domestic and international travel, handle expense reporting, maintain Excel tracking systems, support team engagement initiatives, and provide backup coverage for other senior staff.
