Manage and scale enterprise AI initiatives by running intake and governance, coordinating pilots, developing repeatable playbooks, synthesizing adoption data, and partnering with cross-functional teams to turn AI use cases into measurable, scalable business outcomes.

The Associate in Portfolio Management will support valuation analysis, prepare presentations, work with finance teams, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Assist in global tax compliance for private equity investments, ensuring regulatory and reporting requirements are met. Support tax-related reviews, coordinate with stakeholders, and obtain required securities licenses if client-facing. Duties may expand as needed within Blackstone's private equity tax function.
