Manages hedge fund investment diligence, portfolio monitoring, manager relationships, financial modeling, risk analysis, market research, and investment committee presentations for BXMA’s equity strategies. Evaluates prospective and existing investments through quantitative and qualitative analysis, stress testing, scenario modeling, and thematic research. Develops recommendations on hedge fund managers, strategies, exposures, and risks while improving investment evaluation and reporting processes.

Leads workplace experience and office operations for Blackstone’s Tokyo office, overseeing reception, hospitality, events, facilities, vendors, workplace technology, budgets, service standards, and operational compliance. Serves as the designated Fire Safety and Disaster Prevention Manager, coordinates emergency preparedness, and partners with internal teams, building management, and service providers to deliver high-quality workplace services.

Provides confidential administrative support to institutional client solutions professionals, including meeting coordination, international travel arrangements, email and telephone management, executive diary management, expense reconciliation, and liaison with international offices, clients, and consultants. The role requires fluent English and native Korean, advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong organization, professionalism, communication, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
