Manage UAE tender assignments from receipt through submission. Review requirements, prepare compliance checklists, coordinate technical and commercial inputs, organize bid documentation, track tasks and deadlines, maintain version-controlled records, and ensure complete, accurate, compliant submissions. The role also supports meeting coordination, tender-result tracking, and improvements to bid processes, templates, and internal workflows.

Provides first- and second-level technical support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, networks, servers, and virtualization environments. Manages user accounts, permissions, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, patches, backups, security practices, tickets, documentation, and IT asset records. Coordinates with vendors, escalates complex issues, and supports infrastructure reliability while meeting service-level agreements.

Design and execute comprehensive software testing processes, including exploratory, automated, and regression testing. Review requirements and technical designs, create test plans and cases, prioritize testing activities, identify and report defects, and verify fixes. The role also promotes ownership of code quality, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.
