Leads requirements gathering, business process reengineering, regulatory compliance, stakeholder management, Agile backlog development, and user acceptance testing for government digital transformation projects in Dubai. Acts as the liaison between government stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers while documenting BRDs and FRSs, optimizing workflows, supporting feasibility studies, and ensuring solutions meet UAE government standards.

Develop, integrate, migrate, test, deploy, and support web applications and Abu Dhabi Government digital services through the TAMM platform. Build REST APIs, reusable components, and third-party integrations; work with databases, cloud platforms, BPMN workflows, and Agile teams. Gather requirements, troubleshoot production issues, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with government entities, clients, business analysts, project managers, and technical teams.

Supports the centralized IT PMO through governance compliance reviews, project health checks, risk and issue management, process adoption, and continuous improvement. Administers Asana configurations, access, templates, workflows, and training. Develops dashboards and reports covering portfolio status, risks, resources, milestones, and KPIs to support IT management and project managers.
