Leads requirements elicitation and process modeling for UAE/GCC government digital services. Produces BRDs, functional specifications, business rules, wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Manages backlog items in Azure DevOps or Jira, maintains requirements traceability, resolves stakeholder conflicts, captures non-functional requirements, and collaborates with development, QA, UX, and project teams through UAT and client sign-off. Uses AI tools responsibly for analysis and documentation.

Own and configure D365 F&O Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, banking, VAT, and period close. Develop X++ extensions, SSRS reports, integrations, workflows, and security configurations. Implement Copilot and AI automation, integrate F&O with CRM and custom applications, and expose data through Power BI and Fabric. Provide L2/L3 support, testing, release management, documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer while coordinating implementations and upgrades.

Develop and maintain full stack applications, backend services, frontend interfaces, and system integrations. Translate business needs into secure technical solutions, support production systems, investigate incidents, optimize performance, and deliver enhancements. Implement authentication and authorization controls, write automated tests, conduct code reviews, coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and provide knowledge transfer.
