Lead mobilisation, transition and service management for a multidisciplinary onsite/offshore team. Manage SLAs, governance, incidents, changes, escalations, reporting, onboarding, handovers, risk and scope control. Coordinate technical and third-party support, maintain executive reporting, and drive continuous service improvement.

Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects for government and enterprise clients. Own planning, scheduling, budgets, risks, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination across development, QA, UX, infrastructure, and DevOps teams. Use Agile and Waterfall methods as appropriate, track KPIs, mentor junior PMs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring governance, security, and quality standards.

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP. Implement IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD automation, networking, security, backup/DR. Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize cost and performance, and collaborate with DevOps, developers, and security teams.
