Teams at BlackSky

Develop and execute corporate marketing and brand awareness programs for BlackSky. Create messaging, website and collateral, manage agency/vendor relationships, support product launches and investor materials, collaborate with GTM and engineering to simplify technical concepts, and track industry trends. Support internal communications and employer branding; act as an individual contributor focused on B2B/B2G audiences.

Manage customer experience from onboarding to maintenance, serving as the front-line support for customer inquiries and advocating for customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams and train enterprise customers.

The role involves executing international sales strategy for defense markets, managing complex sales cycles, leading a sales team, and establishing global customer relationships.
