The MSP Customer Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies for MSP customers, focusing on product adoption and customer growth. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, collaborating with teams, and optimizing engagement metrics.

Drive partner onboarding, technical enablement, and adoption to ensure measurable value from Blackpoint's cybersecurity platform. Design multi-phase success plans, define KPIs, translate telemetry into business outcomes, provide technical recommendations, assess and mitigate retention risks, build executive relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and processes.

Analyze anomalous network and endpoint events in a SOC, perform lead-less threat hunting and triage EDR/NGAV alerts, develop incident analysis reports, build test labs, refine SOC processes, review sandbox artifacts and provide actionable threat and vulnerability analysis to customers and internal teams.
