Drive partner health, product adoption, onboarding, training, and long-term engagement for cybersecurity clients and partners. Provide technical support, prepare partner reviews, document processes, collaborate with GTM and Product teams, and track customer health and KPIs using ChurnZero. The role requires customer-facing technical expertise, security-industry experience, strong communication, analytical skills, and independent remote work capability.

Serve as the cybersecurity sales engineering subject matter expert for Australia and New Zealand. Lead product demonstrations, trials, technical discovery, webinars, and partner presentations. Advise MSP customers on cybersecurity technologies, regulatory frameworks, privacy laws, and compliance goals. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support, provide customer insights for roadmap development, and independently manage multiple engagements. The role requires regional travel of approximately 30–40%, including interstate and trans-Tasman travel.

Lead the architecture and development of Blackpoint Cyber’s enterprise data platform. Own data ingestion, storage, transformation, governance, observability, lifecycle management, and cost optimization. Design scalable pipelines and medallion architecture for cybersecurity events, survey data, business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and AI. Drive multi-cloud integrations, data quality, reliability, compliance, and platform roadmap decisions while mentoring senior data engineers and collaborating across Product, Engineering, AI, and Security teams.
