Provide Tier 2 technical support for complex software issues, using Zendesk automation and support tools. Troubleshoot microservices, APIs, containers, networking, and cloud integrations. Build and optimize support automations (superblocks, n8n, Tines, webhooks), analyze ticket trends, document solutions, and collaborate with Engineering/Product to prioritize bugs and enhancements.
