Design multi-phase success plans, define KPIs, translate telemetry into business outcomes, provide technical recommendations, assess and mitigate retention risks, build executive relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and processes.

Lead and execute software architecture for AI-driven, cloud-native security products. Design scalable distributed systems, guide engineering teams, run AI/ML PoCs, participate in design reviews, support production reliability, and drive cross-functional technical strategy.
