Draft and maintain agreements, handbooks, severance, and restrictive covenants. Identify repeat issues and improve templates and AI-powered workflows; help define legal delivery standards and collaborate with founders and engineering to shape firm processes.

Lead full go-to-market: build awareness, generate demand, open partnership channels, run the full sales cycle with founders/GCs/ops, close engagements, develop pricing and messaging playbooks, and represent the firm at founder events to drive pipeline and scale growth.

Advise emerging-company clients on a full range of US employment matters including drafting agreements, worker classification, policies, terminations, investigations, EEOC/DOL responses, and restrictive covenants; translate patterns into templates and playbooks; help design AI-powered legal workflows and define matter-management and client-communication standards.
