Own global payroll operations across seven countries, including EOR arrangements, vendor coordination, payroll processing, reconciliations, forecasting, statutory compliance, reporting, audits, and complex tax matters. Partner with People, Finance, Technology, external advisors, and regional teams to improve, standardize, and automate payroll processes while ensuring accurate and timely employee payments.

Responsible for driving strategy and execution of marketplace features, optimizing the partner experience, collaborating cross-functionally, and prioritizing projects that align with business goals.
