Build and operate scalable Rewards and Redeem Platform applications across Java backend services, Angular frontends, AWS cloud infrastructure, APIs, and legacy modernization efforts. Responsibilities include architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, observability, production support, CI/CD improvements, AI-assisted development, technical collaboration, and mentoring. The role requires ownership of secure, resilient distributed systems and continuous improvement of engineering practices and developer experience.

Build and operate scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot for an AI-powered servicing platform. Develop AI assistants, chat-based self-service, and agentic workflows; expose capabilities through platform APIs; and prototype emerging solutions. Improve observability, reliability, performance, and telemetry using New Relic, Splunk, and OpenTelemetry. Own features through design, development, testing, deployment, and production readiness, while collaborating with platform and reliability teams.
