Develop, configure, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, automation, portals, ITSM/ITAM capabilities, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, troubleshoot performance and defects, support upgrades and releases, conduct code reviews, and ensure security and governance. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional Agile teams while adopting AI-powered ServiceNow capabilities.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable Java and Angular applications using AWS cloud services, microservices, and event-driven architecture. Own modules from design through deployment, contribute to architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, diagnose complex issues, and improve engineering practices. Integrate AI/ML capabilities and developer tools, mentor team members, and collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver performant, fault-tolerant platform solutions.

Build and operate scalable Rewards and Redeem Platform applications across Java backend services, Angular frontends, AWS cloud infrastructure, APIs, and legacy modernization efforts. Responsibilities include architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, observability, production support, CI/CD improvements, AI-assisted development, technical collaboration, and mentoring. The role requires ownership of secure, resilient distributed systems and continuous improvement of engineering practices and developer experience.
