Design, implement, configure, and maintain Fortinet security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security. Monitor systems, respond to incidents, troubleshoot client issues, document configurations and security metrics, deliver training, and ensure compliance with security best practices. The role involves onsite client work in the NYC metro area, collaboration with internal teams, and occasional evening or weekend work.

Supports Account Executives by managing client relationships, coordinating quotes and orders, onboarding customers, resolving issues, and collaborating with purchasing, finance, engineering, project management, and vendor partners. The role maintains pricing and discounts, supports account growth, participates in sales and pipeline meetings, and ensures timely delivery and customer satisfaction. It is a hybrid, full-time position in New York City with opportunities for commission-based growth.

Manages finance and accounting processes, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, internal controls, revenue recognition, audits, and process improvement. Develops financial models, KPI dashboards, and executive reporting to support strategic decisions. Partners with cross-functional leaders on profitability analysis, pricing, cash flow, and operational efficiency. This senior individual contributor reports to the CFO and has no direct people-management responsibilities.
