Provide front-desk member service and administrative support to the Accounting team. Greet members, handle calls and correspondence, manage mail and office inventory, create and maintain member files, process payments and gift certificates, assist CFO/Controller/AR/AP, and perform clerical duties. Manage full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, month/end close, budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax and business filings. Supervise accounting staff, maintain controls and GAAP compliance, liaise with external auditors, and improve financial processes and reporting.

Support full-cycle accounts receivable and member billing across multiple revenue streams. Post revenue, manage billings, resolve disputes, oversee collections and delinquency, apply payments, support reconciliations, and maintain financial documentation while collaborating across departments.
