Lead North American wholesale sales for Black Crows: set commercial strategy, manage field sales and agency networks, own key account relationships and sell-in negotiations, drive sell-through via analytics and marketing at account level, oversee forecasts/P&L and commissions, act as brand ambassador, and collaborate with HQ on product, marketing, operations and legal. Role requires extensive travel and hands-on field presence.

Lead and scale blackcrows' European wholesale business: define regional wholesale strategy, own European wholesale P&L, manage and develop field sales teams and distributor network, drive key-account relationships and sell-through, coordinate commercial calendar with Product/Marketing, and represent the brand across trade events. Ensure forecasting, inventory health, and expansion into strategic markets while maintaining brand integrity.

Lead North American marketing for blackcrows by building account-level trade programs, owning event and experiential presence, managing PR/media relationships, aligning regional activations with global brand, and gathering market intelligence to inform strategy.
