Lead and own the functional safety case for QNX products across the full lifecycle. Perform high‑rigor safety analyses (HARA, FMEA, FTA, DFA), manage safety evidence for certification, interface with assessors, advise engineering on ASIL‑appropriate design, support customers/Tier‑1s on SEooC integration, represent QNX in standards bodies, and drive continuous improvement of safety processes, templates, and tooling.

Lead end-to-end execution of large, complex embedded software programs across global teams. Manage schedules, risks, documentation, and stakeholder communications; drive technical trade-offs, architecture discussions, process improvements, and mentor other project managers. Represent program status to customers and leadership.

Develop and optimize QNX kernel and core operating system technologies, including memory management, process management, system services, scheduling, concurrency, and performance. Provide technical leadership, design system specifications, implement reliable C code, create automated unit tests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and improve system security, safety, scalability, and performance. Collaborate on architecture, code reviews, planning, and embedded real-time systems development.
