Design, build, maintain, and improve scalable Java applications across the full software development lifecycle. Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to deliver accessible web experiences, contribute to architecture decisions, participate in Agile ceremonies, uphold code quality and operational excellence, and use AI-assisted tools to improve delivery and software quality.

Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise corporate clients using a disbursement service. Own support cases, escalations, client communications, payment and integration issue resolution, testing, sign-off, go-live, service reporting, and executive business review input. Translate transaction events and client reports for internal teams, build runbooks and incident-review processes, and follow banking and compliance procedures for regulated money movement.

Own and grow a self-generated and partner-led pipeline of nonprofit fundraising opportunities. Identify, qualify, and close new business; build stakeholder relationships; forecast revenue; uncover growth opportunities; analyze donor and fundraiser trends; sell professional services; and represent JustGiving at industry events.
