Manage employee lifecycle processes, HR records, payroll inputs, employee queries, compliance documentation, reporting, HR systems administration, and engagement initiatives. The role supports process improvement, employee experience, audits, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Facilities, and external vendors.

Administer and govern the EverAfter platform, designing digital customer journeys, campaigns, and lifecycle experiences. Partner with Customer Success, Renewals, Onboarding, Education Services, and Operations teams to improve engagement and customer outcomes. Manage platform requests, documentation, access governance, training, reporting, troubleshooting, integrations, and process enhancements. Use analytics and AI-enabled insights to monitor performance and recommend improvements.

Own and optimize digital onboarding systems, workflows, customer journeys, milestone tracking, communications, and engagement campaigns. Use customer usage data and health indicators to improve adoption and enable proactive outreach. Develop playbooks, templates, educational content, self-service tools, and digital assets. Identify automation and AI opportunities to reduce manual effort and personalize onboarding experiences while collaborating across Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Marketing.
