Prepares and supports SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, along with earnings releases and financial disclosures. Researches technical accounting matters, documents accounting memoranda, and accounts for equity compensation under ASC 718. Maintains SOX controls, supports audits, improves reporting processes, and partners with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Legal, and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Leads enterprise FP&A for a publicly traded CPG company, owning long-range planning, annual budgets, forecasting, cash flow, capital allocation, trade promotion, pricing, channel economics, standard costs, supply chain finance, marketing ROI, Board reporting, investor support, M&A analysis, and a five-person team. The role also drives Claude adoption and controls across finance analytics.

Manage key convenience retail accounts across the West Coast by building relationships, growing distribution and sales, negotiating contracts, executing promotions, and developing strategic account plans. Analyze market trends, sales performance, forecasts, and competitor activity while coordinating with marketing, product, and sales teams.
