Assists casino resort marketing managers with promotional events, entertainment scheduling, bus programs, coupon tracking, social media, sponsorships, raffles, signage, contracts, reporting, and guest communications. Coordinates event logistics, promotional materials, transportation partners, and entertainment production activities. Requires flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays, outdoor work, travel with overnight stays, and special events.

Manages the Accounting department, staff, accounting processes, internal controls, general ledger integrity, financial reporting, audits, and month-end and year-end close activities. Ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, FASB standards, and tribal gaming regulations while improving procedures, systems, and workflows. Provides accounting expertise to management, coordinates with Revenue Audit, oversees staff development, and supports accurate and timely financial information.

Designs, implements, coordinates, and audits training programs for casino resort team members and tribal business entities. Maintains training records, ensures mandatory training completion, supports departmental trainers, coordinates external trainers, publishes training calendars, and provides feedback on job skills. The role also delivers training, consults on curriculum development, and supports organizational training objectives while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent internal and external guest service.
