Build and own end-to-end products for an AI-native electricity retailer. Responsibilities include product design, frontend interfaces, data modeling, backend architecture, security, resilience, and agent-driven development workflows. The role also involves processing metering, market, and weather data; shaping engineering foundations; collaborating with energy and go-to-market teams; and delivering reliable software in an evolving startup environment.

Work directly with the General Manager and CEO across sales, discovery, go-to-market experiments, and marketing. Help form and convert the sales funnel while learning how a venture-backed company is sold and built. The role offers significant responsibility, direct feedback, and exposure to AI adoption and safety products for wealth management firms.

Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products for a CX observability platform, from discovery through delivery. Define the AI roadmap, identify valuable use cases, collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams, validate concepts through experimentation, and establish metrics for product impact. The role focuses on AI-driven investigations, issue diagnosis, recommended fixes, runbooks, and collaboration workflows for enterprise contact center operations.
