Perform continuous monitoring, alert triage, and hands-on troubleshooting of a multi-vendor global network. Own ServiceNow tickets, participate in major-incident bridges, execute MOPs during changes and hypercare, tune DataDog dashboards, and improve runbooks to restore and stabilize high-bandwidth, mission-critical sites.

Lead a PMO overseeing 15–25 concurrent IT network deployments from construction through production launch. Manage and mentor technical program managers, standardize PMO processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, track schedules and risks, and report status to executive stakeholders.
