Teams at Black Mountain Dynamics

Own complex network, security, identity, endpoint, SaaS, and infrastructure escalations. Design and troubleshoot enterprise networks, lead security and major incident response, review technical changes, support deployments, improve monitoring and documentation, create standards and playbooks, mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers, and provide technical leadership to clients and internal stakeholders. The role includes on-call participation, client-site support, and approximately 10–20% travel.
