Measure success by uptime, MTTR, mature runbooks, and client confidence.

Lead on-site network buildouts and troubleshooting for Waymo contracts: rack/stack, structured cabling, wired and wireless design and deployment, RF site surveys, advanced Layer 1-7 troubleshooting, performance tuning, documentation, stakeholder communication, and mentoring field technicians.
