The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, driving account retention and expansion, qualifying leads, collaborating with teams, and selling generative AI products.

Advise on and negotiate a wide range of commercial technology agreements (API licensing, SaaS, data/content, partnerships). Support US and EU transactions, develop contract templates and playbooks, counsel teams on AI-specific IP, data and regulatory issues, manage outside counsel, and help scale legal and compliance operations.

Serve as EU People Partner and lead People Operations quality. Coach managers, drive performance cycles, promotions and employee relations with German employment law knowledge. Build people ops processes, use data and tooling to scale operations, support engineers/researchers/commercial teams, and own part of the People roadmap.
