Recruit candidates for internal sales positions by sourcing, cold outreach, screening, interviewing, and guiding applicants through onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define candidate needs, manage pipelines in ATS and recruitment tools, build relationships with passive candidates, attend university and industry events, and track weekly recruiting metrics including calls, interviews, offers, and acceptances.

Provides administrative and front-office support, including resume formatting with AI tools, reception, call screening, mail and package handling, facilities coordination, supply inventory, vendor communication, office event support, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, attention to detail, customer service, computer proficiency, and adaptability in an onsite office environment.

Supports contractor onboarding by coordinating documentation, drug tests, background checks, and pending requirements. Serves as a liaison among contractors, operations, sales, and recruiting teams; reviews paperwork, communicates status updates, resolves issues, and ensures all requirements are completed before assignments begin.
