Owns, designs, implements, maintains, and supports enterprise LAN/WAN, internet access, remote access, network security, telecommunications, and external communications networks. Provides third-tier technical support, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, coordinates with vendors and service providers, evaluates security concerns, and recommends network upgrades and configuration changes. Requires independent judgment, project management, analytical ability, and collaboration across IT teams.

Coordinates commercial services resources by matching skills, availability, demand, and capacity to project requirements. Schedules implementation resources, maintains talent and availability databases, analyzes project backlogs, tracks utilization, and supports PMO processes. The role balances resource supply with project timelines, geographic considerations, development goals, and financial impact while collaborating with managers and project leaders.

Acquires new clients, manages key accounts, develops quotes and proposals, renews contracts, and expands existing client relationships. Leads account planning, innovation sessions, solution presentations, and value-based sales engagements across CX/EX, contact center, modern workplace, networking, and cybersecurity solutions. Maintains Salesforce records, coordinates presales resources, achieves vendor certifications, and delivers revenue and gross margin targets.
