Responsibilities include resource planning, wetland delineation and permitting, regulatory coordination, fieldwork, site assessments, data analysis, report and permit writing, subcontractor management, client and agency communication, project scoping and pricing, cost proposals, profitability, and billable targets. Manage environmental and natural resource projects from scoping through completion, including wetland delineation, permitting, agency coordination, inspections, site assessments, field studies, reporting, and cost proposals. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, clients, stakeholders, and regulators while managing resources, workloads, profitability, and billable targets. The role also supports business development, employee leadership, and regulatory compliance involving wetlands, vegetation, soils, hydrology, and NEPA screening.

Designs engineering drawings and site layouts using CAD and Civil3D; researches permits and regulations; coordinates design, permitting, and construction activities. May develop process flow diagrams, P&IDs, heat and material balances, equipment calculations, water treatment and renewable natural gas calculations, technical reports, specifications, and quality reviews for energy and utility projects.
