Manages moderate- to high-risk contracts, including public agency agreements, professional services contracts, NDAs, teaming agreements, amendments, and assignments. Reviews terms for legal and business risks, recommends revisions, maintains contract records and templates, and improves contract administration processes. Collaborates with legal staff, engineers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to align contractual provisions with technical and operational needs.

Administers payroll using UKG/UltiPro, maintains employee records, audits timesheets, calculates overtime and premiums, manages tax and union payroll filings, prepares payroll journals, reconciles payroll accounts, supports labor compliance and audits, and responds to payroll inquiries. The role partners with Human Resources, maintains payroll records, analyzes payroll data, and ensures compliance with labor, prevailing wage, and ERISA regulations.
