Inspects and tests incoming materials, subassemblies, in-process radios, and finished products for quality and conformance. Documents defects, segregates nonconforming materials, collects data, and prepares reports, charts, and graphs to support quality improvement. The role requires visual inspection, test equipment use, interpretation of drawings and work instructions, strong Microsoft Office skills, precision, communication, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Directs an electrical engineering and sustainability team responsible for product design, new product development, prototype SMT manufacturing lines, quality improvements, regulatory testing, budgets, and engineering support for manufacturing and operations. Oversees staff, projects, schedules, documentation, proposals, contracts, production costs, inventory controls, and technical compliance while coordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional managers.
