Supervise and deliver onboarding, training, retraining, and certification for warehouse team members. Analyze progress data, identify training opportunities, implement improvement plans, and provide coaching. Conduct safety and sanitation inspections, verify attendance and payroll-related forms, coordinate staffing information with HR, and advise supervisors on employee progression. Perform warehouse supervisor duties when not actively training, including operating and overseeing material-handling equipment in a refrigerated distribution environment.

Maintain physical security and safety at a perishable distribution center. Monitor CCTV and access control systems, register visitors, check deliveries, enforce security protocols, respond to emergencies, document incidents, conduct perimeter checks, and escalate concerns. Provide professional guidance to team members, vendors, and visitors while protecting company assets and ensuring compliance with facility safety procedures.

Resolves e-commerce member and B2B order issues through email and phone support. Researches undelivered orders, lost packages, damaged deliveries, incorrect shipments, inactive gift cards, and inventory conflicts using WMOS. Communicates with Member Care, Home Office, vendors, carriers, drivers, and merchants to identify root causes and provide timely resolutions. Maintains accurate data entry, follows distribution center policies, assists with new-hire training, and supports a professional, safe work environment.
