Support the Purchase Path product roadmap by owning a subset of cart and checkout features. Partner with Engineering, UX, QA, Analytics, and business stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and deliver incremental improvements. Use data and member feedback to identify opportunities, support prioritization, track feature performance, and assist in promotions, personalization, and payments across web and mobile experiences.

Perform reverse logistics operations including receiving, reconciling, and shipping vendor returns; coordinate carrier scheduling; manage product inventory via inventory management system; communicate with home office and vendors; report transaction issues and maintain physical and system accuracy. Must lift up to 30 lbs and work throughout warehouse as needed.

Lead strategy and execution for ERP Master Data Management products in retail. Align MDM with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Procurement, and Finance; create roadmaps; manage backlogs; drive development, deployment, optimization, KPIs, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration to improve data quality, efficiency, and user experience.
