Leads retail site development projects from site evaluation through permitting and construction readiness, including new clubs, remodels, expansions, takeovers, and fuel facilities. Manages consultants, project teams, budgets, schedules, entitlements, regulatory approvals, permits, contracts, and stakeholder communications. Partners with real estate, attorneys, engineers, architects, government agencies, and construction teams to ensure projects meet company standards and opening milestones.

Supports distribution center HR operations through team member investigations, conflict resolution, benefits administration, leave tracking, policy compliance, payroll oversight, attendance and corrective-action records, onboarding, and personnel-file maintenance. Advises leadership on employee relations and promotes an inclusive workplace. The role requires working in a warehouse environment, occasional lifting, PPE use, schedule flexibility, and up to 50% travel.

Leads distribution-center safety programs by conducting training, coaching team members, supporting onboarding and safety committees, reviewing incidents, coordinating audits, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations. Partners with operations, HR, and regional safety leadership to implement safety initiatives, maintain safe work practices, and promote accountability. Requires flexibility for shifts, overtime, weekends, holidays, and varied distribution-center conditions.
