Own and grow BizzyCar’s AI-powered automotive retail products. Responsibilities include developing roadmaps, gathering requirements, coordinating software development, commercializing solutions, designing rapid-cycle tests, managing KPIs, and representing the company with customers and partners. The role requires strong product management experience in B2B SaaS, generative AI proficiency, analytical skills, and familiarity with data science, machine learning, and AI.

Own end-to-end SaaS implementations for automotive dealerships, including discovery, configuration, data validation, troubleshooting, training, go-live, hypercare, documentation, and escalation management. Serve as the customer-facing subject matter expert for AI-enabled products, manage implementation timelines and stakeholders, support adoption, and relay field feedback to product and engineering teams. The role is hybrid and requires 50–70% travel to client dealerships.

Own the full lifecycle of strategic national enterprise accounts with a focus on retention, renewals, and expansion. Build multi-threaded relationships, execute account plans and QBRs, prospect and close new rooftops, manage renewals and forecasts in CRM, coordinate cross-functional support, and meet revenue, renewal, and expansion quotas while traveling approximately 50%.
