Own the full lifecycle of strategic national enterprise accounts with a focus on retention, renewals, and expansion. Build multi-threaded relationships, execute account plans and QBRs, prospect and close new rooftops, manage renewals and forecasts in CRM, coordinate cross-functional support, and meet revenue, renewal, and expansion quotas while traveling approximately 50%.

The Customer Success Specialist will onboard and train customers, manage accounts, conduct reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsible for selling BizzyCar's software to dealerships, owning the full sales cycle, and building long-term customer relationships while achieving sales goals.
