Own and scale BizScout's Private Client concierge acquisition program end-to-end: refine operating model, grow and lead the team, acquire and manage retail and institutional buyer clients through M&A transactions, partner cross-functionally on tooling and reporting, and manage program budget and P&L to drive revenue and margin.

Write high-converting ad copy at scale (headlines, body, CTAs, hooks) for paid social. Produce many variations weekly, test and iterate using performance data, own ad creative strategy with media/design teams, adapt to platform-specific formats, and create repeatable frameworks that drive CTR, conversions, and lower CPA. Hybrid role based in Austin.
