Produce many variations weekly, test and iterate using performance data, own ad creative strategy with media/design teams, adapt to platform-specific formats, and create repeatable frameworks that drive CTR, conversions, and lower CPA. Hybrid role based in Austin.

Write and draft newsletters, short-form social scripts, and YouTube scripts; research and pitch ideas; learn editorial process; use AI tools; measure performance and iterate. Ship regular content under senior editorial guidance and grow toward owning full editions and longer-form work.
